Who Are We
Passionate, outcome focused professionals with over 20 years’ experience working across Children’s Social Care, Youth Offending Services, Schools and supporting agencies while delivering innovative, secure, game changing applications.
Our Mission
To provide local authorities with tools that promote improved outcomes for looked after children and empower professionals, carers and young people to proactively manage the Care Plan; increasing the probability of successful outcomes.

Develop solutions that support local authorities to move young people out of the care system more efficiently, so that they are better prepared for independent living.
Our Story
The TRACS team was formed during the 2020 pandemic by professionals with over 20 years experience working in Children’s Services and in delivering enterprise applications. Our aim is to support local authorities in their commitment to help safeguard the lives of young people and close the achievement gap for children with disadvantaged backgrounds.
We have first-hand experience of the challenges professionals face when supporting and empowering Looked After Children in what is expected of them during, as well as after their time in care. We have developed a unique solution that helps professionals drive sustainable, positive outcomes for Looked After Children and Care Leavers, while developing a working model that builds vital life skills.
